I make DD omeletes with melted cheese and chopped up ham in the middle. She loves that, has it for either lunch or dinner most days.
I tried her on cocktail franks the other day but she didn't like them lol. She had sauce for lunch that day - all over her face!
Pikelets are good too, spread them with a little jam or fruit spread.
Tuna patties - tuna, mashed potato and/or pumpkin/sweet potato with corn kernals and peas, add an egg to bind it all together, shape into little balls and fry. You can cover them in bread crumbs before frying if you want. Good way to hide veges too.

My son loves mini Quiches Ham and pineapple, and vegetarian.. i make 30 in one go and freeze the rest for another day..
Homemade sausage rolls - you can sneak grated veggies in.
Ravioli or tortellini with grated cheese - either a meat or a veggie filling, depending on what they have eaten the rest of the day.
DD is so variable on what she will or won't eat that I no longer go to alot of trouble for meals. Either lunch or dinner will be an assortment of cold stuff & leftovers. Her favorite lunch is : 2 (or more) slices of ham rolled up into a tube, a cut up tomato, buttered wholemeal bread (or pasta if we have some leftover), a small bowl of sweetcorn, maybe a slice of cheese, and fruit or yogurt for desert.
She also loves steamed (but still crisp) broccoli with a bit of lemon juice on it. Cut it up into little trees for little fingers![]()

But loving this life of mine.
smoothies are good.
Tonight for dinner I tried to be different as well since my 32month old won't eat properly. I made her a strawberry and banana smoothie, pita bread chips, and banana pancakes (normal recipe just add one ripe banana).
Strawberry Smoothies
2 cups strawberries
1 or 2 bananas
ice
1 cup milk
1 cup plain or vanilla yoghurt
sugar and/or icecream if you desire
Directions: chuck it all in the blender and puree
Pita Bread Chips
Pita bread cut into triangles
sprinkle with tasty cheese
Directions: cook in oven at 180 degrees for 15-20 mins or until crispy (if they're not crunchy they're just not as yummy)
She didn't eat much but then toddlers dont and it was all so yummy I ate what she didnt LOL.
