    Default anyone used the sacred tea to boost milk supply?

    hello lovely ladies,

    i came across an advert in the perth child mag for "Sacred Tea" that claims to boost milk supply.

    just wondering if anyone has used this and what their opinions are.

    I haven't used it but assume it works as its milk thistle/fenugreek etc isnt it?

    All those things can help BM production.
    DD1 14, DD2 8, DS 7, DS2 (Our Angel), DD3 3
