    Default 'Heavy' Feeling

    Hi All,

Bub is 11 days old, and I had a uncomplicated vaginal birth, other than a 2nd degree internal tear. Since the birth, I've had an aching feeling around my perenium, and a general 'heavy' feeling in the area. Is this normal? I mentioned it to my doctor, who didn't chekc it out, but said to keep doing pelvic excercise. He mentioned prolapse, but said as it is first bub and he only weighed 7 pound, that it is unlikely. But sinc ehe told me that, I'm now paranoid about it!

I've googled prolapse symptoms and im pretty sure thats what im feeling down there! I'm seriously stressing about it, and would love to hear from anyone who has suffered the same thing after birth.

The thought of having a prolapsed anything makes me feel depressed and want to cry!

Im going to doctor tomorrow so will finbd out for sure then..
