    Default DD's cracking back!

Okay, I'm not sure where to put this but does your childs back crack??
Whenever i pick DD up and then go to lie her down in her bed, i can feel her back cracking in about 5 different places!! It knocks me sick!

Does anybody else's childs back do this???

My son is the same, he clicks something chronic all over, but mainly up his spine!!!
He has ever since he was in my tummy, I could feel him crack and I used to worry.
But I don't think there is anything to worry about, I asked my CHN and she didnt seem concerned about it. I am also very flexible and clicky too, so maybe it's inherited??

It's good to know we aren't alone on this one aye??
I meant to post about it ages ago but forgot!!

I'm pretty sure it's normal but it does sound gross , though I have to admit I click my own back 3 or 4 times a day and it feels good!!!

When your back or any other place in your body cracks, it is a release of gas....

A protective fluid cushions most of the joints in our bodies.

Inside a capsule that safeguards bones connected at a joint, synovial fluid keeps the cartilage, tissues, and muscles lubricated and well nourished. Nutrients float inside the fluid, along with gases, such as oxygen, nitrogen and carbon dioxide.
