Fit N Fast Gyms

Has anyone been to a fit n fast gym? My friend and I are thinking of joining and I just wanted some feedback if anyone has been .

Hey springbride ...cool name! ;-) Yes, I have been to the one in Paddington, QLD. Highly recommend it. The staff are fantastic and it seems to be pretty quite, good to get in and do a workout without too many people being around. I had a baby 8 months ago now and think the 30 min sessions work perfectly for me. I found them here on facebook: http://facebook.com/fitnfastgyms ...best place to connect and find out what others think too, as well as PT trainers and the staff. They are pretty good at responding on here. I wouldn't go anywhere else as the $9.95 a week is a bargain along with feeling part of the community!Hope this helps! Thanks heaps for the reply . DH and I ended up joining and I'm soooo loving it..as much as you when its the gym anyways hehe now just need to lose weight and tone up

Yeay! Great to meet another fit n faster! I love going...always feel so good afterwards..yet keep finding I'm rewarding myself with lollies...kinda defeating the object of loosing weight...however, I not putting on weight ;-) Did you do cycle week? What are your thoughts of Penrith...I have a few mates up there..would you recommend it to be one of the better gyms there?

Everyone there is super nice and really supportive and I'm so glad we joined there. I've never joined a gym before because I'm a large girl I always felt weird cause everyone was super skinny and fit and I felt they would look at me. But this gym is great, theres people of all ages and sizes and I just go in, sweat it up and not really worry bout anyone . My DH was a member of another gym before we joined fit n fast and he just wasn't happy there but he is really enjoying this gym yay. I didn't do cycle week, not sure I'm fit enough just yet did u do it?. I've just been using the treadmill, bike, rower and I jumped on the cross trainer the other night but could only do 3mins before I died lol I can't wait to lose weight and tone up and just get fitter . So far I've got 2 girls from work to join and my MIL .
