OMG had a dream about evil spirit???

Pls help what does it mean. It scared the life out of me!!!!

Before I fell asleep.
My kids share a room and tonight they both woke and came in my bed. Then I went into my DD bed. At first I was awake for a bit and then finally fell asleep about 2.30am

My dream.....
I was in my DD and thought I saw my DS back in his bed but it was only a black figure sitting there. I thought he wad sleeping sitting and then I hear screeching of voices next me and then saw figure and then screeching. In this whole time I was unable to move and felt numb and heavy. I was trying to get up and then I dreamt of my body getting up into sitting position then went back down. I was then looking up on ceiling as something silver was pointing over my head I thought an arrow! I then woke up lying down on that same position and ran out of the room.

WTF

I'm not spiritual at all and my mum passed where was she?????

I'm now scared to put my kids in the room?? I'm not going back to sleep now!!

I forgot to say I woke up at 3 so all this happened in half n hour. But the dream went for about a min or a little bit more.

It's been over an hr since my dream and I'm lying in bed with my kids and I'm freezing cold and it's not a cold night. I just can't get warm.

This dream has reaaly freaked me out. I think I'm going to sleep during the day!

There is something I've heard about it might not quite fit but usually if it's what I'm thinking of (and I can't remember what it's called) you'd see a figure and experience heaviness in your body like you can't move.

What happens in the night is your spirit will leave your body and go walk abouts, and when your soul returns if you start to wake up at the same time you can have conscious awareness of what your soul can see, often people see like dark figure standing over them or in the room.

But usually it's nothing to worry about. We are surrounded by spirits all the time, most of the time we never ever notice.

Does that sound right to you?

It's all I can think of.

sounds like sleep paralysis, alot of people don't think its paranormal or anything but from personal experience it is, I had it all the time in my old house which had something bad in it but haven't had it since moving.
You need to cleanse your house, use white sage. Another thing that helps is envisioning yourself and your children surrounded in white light, like a bubble of protection, before you go to sleep.

i have had dark dreams and i never knew if it was evil spirits or my imagination. If it happens again think of white light protecting you. Call on god or angels or whatever to protect you and move this negative energy on. Maybe cleanse the room with white sage and then burn sandelwood. Each night call the angels and white light to surround your house.

sounds to me like a spiritual attack through your dream. i believe in God so i would be calling on him to fill my home with his light, and i would say something like "in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ, i bind all the spirits of darkness and forbid you from doing anything that will disrupt my or my children's sleep or dreams". spirits have no choice but to listen when you use God's name. thats my take anyway.
