A big ( huge even ) thankyou to all you wondeful bubhubbers who have been supporting my (wonderful ?? hrrmm maybe lovely hahaha ) DP & myself through all thats gone on in the last 8mths ( sheesh cant believe its been that long ! ).

Although we dont know whats wrong & probably never will until something else occurs we are now finally seeing some light in that we under the pain management clinic at the hospy.
This means the correct medication ( which he was on but was stopped

yes you stupid doctor & return to work co-ordinator he needs it !!! ) is finally being organised as it has to be approved by NSW health due to the dosage etc. It means he will finally start up proper physio & exercise regimes & will also be going to see a counsellor to help him deal with the life change.
As they said they cant get him back to what he was, they cant cure him but they can at least bring his quality of life back up for now so that he will be able to function & live life.
They also loved getting their hands on him as he is a rareity so of course being male he loved the attention

Its been a rocky road & one that has definately worn us thin but im grateful ive had bubhub all the way through it & the amazing support all of you have offered.
I really appreciate it & words can never express what most of you mean to me.

All the technology we have these days and they still can't determine what the full issue is

- how frustrating.

Fantastic news that at least his pain will be managed though. My father has a spinal condition (had it since he was 18) and daily pain management makes the world of difference to him - both physically and emotionally.

Pain management hey... yes, if I had pain I would like it to be managed too...
