Here's one, but I haven't tried it though, sorry. I never had much luck making bread without bread improver (which contains soy). I'd say you would need to freeze it pretty much straight away to keep it fresh.

Let us know if you try it and if it work though!

The coconut and rasp bread was great except I added too much coconut lol. I also used fresh raspberries, fresh blueberries and substituted caster sugar for brown sugar as its all I had.

I cut it up and put it in ziplock bags in the fridge. Great to grab when breastfeeding and hungry!!

I made a bread in my bread maker - which I've never had much success with, and it turned out beautifully! I have a breville bakers oven and used the whole wheat cycle - here is the recipe I modified from the book.

    For a 750 gram loaf

    325ml water
    1 table spoon oil
1 1/2 table spoons rice milk
    1 1/2 teaspoon salt
    1 tablespoon raw sugar
3 cups 'arta' brand whole meal atta flour (from the aisle with bread flour at woolworths)
    3/4 teaspoon bread improver
    1 3/4 teaspoon dry yeast

Place items in bread tin in order listed.
