PA80, it sounds like you have found yourself a really good Ob. I wish you all the best for ttc next year. Try & relax & have a great break over xmas & new year.

I was ovulating about a week ago so now we are just playing the waiting game again. I know I really just need to relax & things might happen quicker but I just can't help but put all this pressure on myself. I really wanted to be pregnant again before Jays due date so I would have something positive to focus on but that may not happen I have my fingers crossed but I'm just trying not to get my hopes up before I know anything like I did last month.

joenbby, i'm glad your AF is getting regular, have been thinking of both of you girls.
Hope to hear good news from both of you in the near future

    AF arrived today
I really don't know how much more disappointment I can take! I know I have only been trying for a few months, but I fell really quickly with my first 2 pregnancys so I am getting really frustrated. After losing Jay, all I want is to add to our family as fast as possible. I really need something positive to look forward to & all I think about is how much I miss Jay & aching to hold a new baby in my arms I really wanted to be pregnant before Jays due date but that will be here in a few weeks & I am finding myself getting sadder by the day
Sorry for the big long vent

Oh sweetie, sorry AF has come to visit again. Stay strong hun, we will get our bubbas, my arms are aching too, but I know we will get there. Stay strong. Here's something that keeping me going, not sure if I've shared it here already?
    What is hope?
    Hope is not wishful thinking.
    Nor is it a passive.
Hope requires faith in times of waiting,
faith that things will get better.
With every expectation there is a time of waiting,
    otherwise you wouldn’t need hope
because you’d have what you were hoping for.
Hope also requires faith to pick up and try again after you have fallen another time.
    To hope is to
    believe for a better tomorrow
and trust that even the pain you suffered
can ultimately be used for good in your life.

Kodileesmum, hope you are feeling better. By the way happy new year gals! Hope this year will bring better news for all of us.

I've been on a rollercoaster myself too. AF came and go. DH indecisive about TTC. At the moment I'm just convincing myself that I'll be blessed one day so I just wait patiently. However like you Kodileesmum, I too wanted a little one that I can place in my arms. My sis-in-law came visiting with a 1 year old over Christmas. It's hard not to think that my bub should be around during this festive season. But what can I do?

Anyhow PA80 do you mind sharing what tests will you be doing? I've been nagged by my in-laws to go for all check up before TTC. I've almost done all the tests during my pregnancy (chromosome, thalassemia). I don't know what else to do. Best part is DH is unwilling to go for any more checks. He's been kind of weird too lately. Don't know how long I can pull this through.

Hope things are better on your side gals! Please take care and have a great year!

So AF has arrived again I was really hoping that this time would be it (although I hope for that every month!) We were on holidays & DH was not away working at time of ovulation, I was relaxed & enjoying myself for the first time since I lost Jay, so we thought that we might of conceived, but sadly no. I try hard not to get my hopes up each month but its really hard not to. So this roller coaster ride continues. Hopes up, then total disappointment & sadness. Then do it all over again!
Sorry for the rant, I just needed to vent!

I have some super fantastic news. That's right, I'm finally Pregnant!!! I can hardly believe it!
I can't even begin to tell you how happy, excited & relieved I am!

It will be a year this month since I delivered my sleeping Angel Jay & we've been ttc ever since. After trying IUI, IVF & other fertility treatments, we were starting to look towards the egg donor path & I have an appointment with a new fertility specialist in august but thankfully I won't need it, I finally fell pregnant!

I am over the moon right now but I have already started to worry about all the things that can go wrong. I wish I didn't worry & I could just enjoy this pregnancy like I did my first. Has anyone got any suggestions of how I can not worry so much??

I have never been so happy to be sick, sore & exhausted!

Please can I bring this baby home, healthy & strong

Whoops iPhone sent that - I was gonna say I know this pregnancy isn't going to be so easy now you have lost the innocence of pregnancy but there's plenty of strong amazing women ready to hold your hand and support you every step of the way if you feel you need it - congrats again xx
