Default Best iron supplement ou there?

I've been taking Ferro-Grad C for years, but I swear it's not doing anything.

What iron do you take? Liquid? Tablet form? etc...?

I just want some sort of energy back!

    TIA!

Floradex....spellings probably way out but it's a liquid you can get from the chemist of health food shop. It's fantastic. Tastes like crap though.

Floradix is awesome, it makes me feel instantly better when I take it. It is a low dose iron but very easily absorbed so really helps. I actually LOVE the taste and so do my kids.

It doesn't block you up either.

    Default FAB Iron

Why don't you try FAB Iron and Vitamin B Complex - available at most Pharmacies. FAB Iron is a chelated form of iron, which promotes absorption and reduces side effects. The vitamin B should also helo with your energy levels. More info at www.fabhealth.com.au .

Fgf worked for me. Didn't bung me up either and I was pregnant when taking it.

I don't know about the 'best' one, but I have always used the Ferro Gradumet one, it's got a green lid. It doesn't block me up and I have vit c with it to help it absorb.
