I don't want to scare you but I still do that now and my youngest child is 19 months old. My pelvic floor muscles were never the same after childbirth.

Just try to keep up with your pelvic floor muscle exercises and it should get better.

You are not the only one.
Make sure you do your pelvic floor exercises regularly, it will make a difference.

    How's the serenity?

I did! I got in the habit if bracing before sneezing. So squeeze muscles 'down there' like imagine you are peeing close the muscles that would stop you peeing. I'd Also squeeze my knees. Just tense the hold area

Though one sneeze caught me by surprise and I was sitting cross legged on the couch - hahaha thankfully it's a leather couch hahaha

    Gross.

Pelvic floor muscle excersize is really important for long term though
