Is it considered a 'soft' cheese? Is it ok to eat doing pregnancy?
I poked it and it feels soft but I'm not sure lol... I want cheesey toast and it's the only cheese in the fridge at the moment!!!

Soft cheeses are absolutely fine to eat during pregnancy - it is only in countries like america where not all the milk is, by law, pasteurised that such things are a concern.
All milk is pasteurised in Australia, and during the cheesemaking process is heated again which would destroy any listeria, you have a higher risk getting listeria from eating celery or lettuce than cheese.
Also, if you heat ANY type of cheese, like in a toasted sandwhich where the temp goes above 77degrees, there is essentially no risk, just like any freshly cooked/ heated food.
Still ttc
Monkey, killing monkey, killing monkey
Over pieces of the ground.
Silly monkeys give them thumbs,They make a club
And beat their brother down.
Woo hoo!! I'm just gonna spread it cold on toast though... Would be ok I suppose
Thanks!!
