    Lol - just re-reading this and I do come accross a bit of a pratt ... sorry.

    But a few people in my life have been caught up in investments and issues they werent really intending or didnt understand ..... and I would like people to just be a bit careful and know what they are getting into.

    I dont mean to suggest that anyone who does invest in speculative property investment is doing the wrong thing by any means.
