Hon, I get pains in the entire pubic/crotch area, vaginal area, rectum, and tailbone! I have SPD tho.. Maybe see a physio to ensure u don't aggravate it further?

Yeah nine was sporadic in early pregnancy.. So I dismissed it. By the time I got to a physio in wk 28, only thing left to do is try manage the pain and learn techniques so as not to aggravate further.. But that's just me.. maybe just mention to ur carer to be safe?

I did indeed. I could barely walk after a 8 hour shift at work, despite trying to move about and getting a pressure cushion. Somewhere during labour it broke and still causes me pain at times 4 years later

I think it was caused by suffering undiagnosed SPD

I had the same. Pain everywhere down there. Since having DD and reading these forums and researching. I believe it was undiagnosed SPD too. I had brought it all up to the midwife (never mentioned SPD because I wasn't aware of it) and never once did I have any help or a reason other than "it's just your hormones and increased blood flow". Bring it up at your next visit and see what they say.
