I lived on that stuff. The alco content is minuscule as far as I know. Ginger beer also saved me!

The premixed ones are fine as they don't contain alcohol and if u have one with the actual bitters added I wouldn't worry as try are classified as a non alcoholic drink (rsa course stipulated) so it would be the same as the little bit of mouthwash u may swallow (probably less so as mouthwash is high in alcohol content)

    Go ahead and enjoy!

We were at a restaurant a couple of weeks ago and everyone else was ordering alcoholic drinks so I decided I wanted something a bit nicer than water... I asked the waitress for a lemon, lime & bitters and she said "Ummm, I don't think that's a good idea. You realise it has alcohol in the bitters"!!!!!!!!! Long story short... I GOT MY LEMON, LIME & BITTERS!

The amount of bitters actually in LLB is absolutely miniscule. It would almost be on par with sniffing a cocktail! I have worked in many restaurants and cafes where LLB is served to children, it's even on the softdrink menu's for kids - that's how "alcoholic" it is. There is probably more alcohol in fruit juice.
