AFM - the Ob appt went well. My latest BT showed my hcg to be negative. I haven't seen him since the D&C but have spoken on the phone about the partial molar (first time he called to tell me about the pathology and then 2 more times after my BT to give me the results) so he started off with saying that he knows I don't want to wait 6 months so he had spoken to an oncologist who stated 3 months would be ok. I laughed and said no that we had decided to TTC now. He was amused and said that I was cutting it a bit fine but was making an informed decision and he was comfortable with that. He wanted to send me for another BT but decided not to bother when I confirmed DH and I are BDing without raincoats... I think I might of blushed at that ... He just recommended an early scan with the next pregnancy with a focus on the placenta to make sure all is ok. We move in a few weeks so i will be seeking a new GP and Ob. I am a little sad about that, it would have been nice to have continuity. Now, to find that energy to BD every 2nd night for the next week or so (I usually have 28 -32 day cycles so trying to cover all bases). I spoke to DH about getting OPKS but he said we should just BD more often - ha ha. Oh well, he should enjoy it while it lasts!!

    Hope everyone is traveling well.
Thanks Brynn. I've told DH that AF is 2 days late. He's kinda excited and enxious all at the same time. But in the mean time, we'll see what tomorrow will throw at me. Hopefully not AF.

So gald that everything went well today. I know that they say doctors know best, but you yourself know your own body and if you feel okay to start TTC again, I say go for it. Good luck with it hun and have fun.

Jaci - Congratulations on your !!!! Here's to an uneventful 9 months

Jazz - Sorry AF showed up, it's so disappointing isn't it? I'm sure next month will be your month

Catkin - We were told to wait to TTC because my Fertility Specialist/Ob wanted to do some tests to see why we were miscarrying (second m/c for us) but the 1st time I m/c I was told I could TTC straight away. It seems it just depends on where you are on the TTC/
mc stage I guess. Turns out there wasn't enough 'tissue' (his insensitive words, not mine) left in my uterus to do the testing but he still wants us to wait until we see him in 5 weeks - although we've been TTC for 8 years & can't remember how you don't TTC so we're not listening to him & pretty sure that if we've only fallen pg twice in 8 years we're definitely not wasting any opportunities.

Hopeful - with you this month, it's looking promising!!!

Brynn - I'm glad your ob appointment went well, sounds like you have a very understanding dr. I know what you mean about moving & loosing your dr's etc. We just moved interstate & I felt like I was leaving the best fs in the world & managed to find an even better one!!! And my gp is so wonderful, my first visit to her was to confirm my pg & she gave me a hug when I told her how long we'd been trying. I'm sure it will work out just as well for you.

    Hi everyone else

AFM - I'm pretty sure I've already O'd so now in the dreaded TWW, I haven't missed this I can tell you. I don't have much hope that we'll get a BFP this cycle but that's ok.

Hope everyone has a great day

I'm assuming AF arrived yesterday because there was blood on the toilet paper. Sorry TMI. So very disappointed. Had a big cry on the phone last night to DH, and he was just as upset. I knew I shouldn't have given my hopes up so soon. Don't know when we can have another go seeing as DH may not be in the next time I lay and egg. So that's another let down.

Good luck with the TWW. I'll have my crossed for a .

    Hi girls

haven't been posting much...spending all my time concentrating on eating great and losing weight!
Well AF came early (23 day cycle) and then I only bled for 2 days?! I don't feel preggers so I'm assuming I'm not but the wonky cycle thing has me a bit pi$$ed off!

    Anyhoo...

Hi to the ladies I haven't met yet and hi to those who've been hanging around here long enough now!

    Hi ladies,
sorry Hopeful, wishing it was implantation not AF for you sweety.
Hi AJ, bummer about stupid cycles.
Afm- got af yesterday, but I'm happy actually; I know I didn't O, and it was 6 days late after chem pg last cycle I just wanted a good flush out & get on with next cycle, FX for O.... & of course FX for bfp, but trying not to get too wound up in that for now (not that it wll last, as soon as ttc I will go mad again LOL!!) We've just moved & started new jobs this week, so plenty to keep me distracted. I'm feeling strangely more positive at the mo, the move has helped lots. Still missing my baby like crazy, and desperately wanting another, but feeling a bit calmer.

big to all for whom the witch has arrived (unless you wanted her to! ) and lots of and to everyone!

I've finally got something good happening! After completely -ve OPKS (not even a *sniff* of a second line) I got a full on +ve yesterday! I think it's cos I've been drinking a lot recently and I didn't yesterday... such a good thing I didn't.

I even managed to "talk" dh into dtd Will try to do so again tomorrow and that should do it I think? I don't know!!

Anyway, I'm kinda happy! It's 3 weeks and 2 days since my D&C and Ob said it'd be 4 weeks or so (I was 10w2d, and I think my HcG was high) but things are finally getting back to normal! I won't even mind *too* much if AF arrives this time as at least it will mean I'm not in limboland anymore

Sorry AF has been. How strange that it was for only 2 days. Have you had that problem before? Well I hope you have a much better cycle next month.

Thanks Sweetie. Both DH and I are disappointed, but like he says, there's always light at the end of the tunnel and we just have to keep positive. Plus now that i'm having more tests done, hopefully we'll be getting some much needed answers.

Glad you're feeling happy about AF arriving. Hopefully this will reset everything so that you're ready to go next cycle. FX that you get a BFP. And yay on your new jobs and moving house. That will definitely keep you busy and distracted. Good luck with it all hun.

Yay on a + OPK. That's great news. Now go get busy. And if your DH is anything like mine, i'm sure you didn't have to talk him into it.

I'm really glad that everything is going back to normal for you. Must be a huge relief for you. I hope that this month is a positive one for you. And if AF does happen to arrive (which I hope she doesn't) at least your bosy has had a good clean out ready to start again. Good luck hun.

AFM: Feeling a little better than yesterday although, surfing the crimson wave is bad enough, she now decides to give me really bad cramps and an aweful backache. Just taken some Panadol in the hope it takes away some pain. I'm just glad that DH is home and i'm out of the doldrums. Had a bit of a cry last night, so I think that helped a lot. Like DH said, never give up hope because there's always next month.

Didn't wake up till 11 this morning and only because DH wanted to ask me something. I must have been in a coma because I didn't hear him get up at 6am and i'm usually a light sleeper.

Anywho, enough of my dribbling. Have a great weekend ladies. Sending you heaps of and to you all.

Sorry Hopeful that AF arrived . I'm glad that you got a sleep in & that DH is there to take care of you. I like your positive attitude, & your DH is right, there's always next month. What kind of tests are you getting done (if you don't mind me asking)?
