Default Im not me while pregnant?

sorry to have a whinge on here but this is really bothering me and i was wondering if anyone else has had the same problem? im 21 weeks pregnant with my second child and my friends and even my sister all seem to think im a completely different person while im pregnant and are avoiding me and i had to find this out from my mum because my mum talks to my friends more than i do, this happend with my last pregnancy as well, the only thing that changes with me is i can no longer party with any of them, my husband doesnt notice any difference with me except im more stressed than usual but thats because we are looking for a new house and our daughter hasnt been well, i feel so isolated and lonely some days and im really trying to enjoy this pregnancy because i dont plan on having any more children after this.

I admit to avoiding SIL when she was pregnant but she was pregzilla and I'm not joking, she was horrible to everyone, was so rude to her DH then turned around and said she can be like that because she's pregnant I especially couldn't stand it with her second as I'd just lost a baby and she was walking around with this bizarre sense of entitlement to treat everyone like dirt purely because she was pregnant.

You on the other hand don't sound like you've changed, maybe they think you have to be drunk/partying to be a fun person. *shrugs* I don't get the attitude of needing alcohol etc to be a fun person anyhow.

My advice enjoy your pregnancy and ignore them, they'll learn one day that partying isn't the be all and end all to life.
There once was an awesome man who met an awesome girl, they fell in love, got married, had an awesome boy, 3 awesome girls and lived awesomely ever after in the most Awesome place on Earth.

Hey there, sorry to hear you feel so isolated in all this, pregnancy is a time to enjoy yourself and relax and it sucks knowing so many women can't have that.

I think everyone changes during pregnancy... I know I did. Having just about all my friends being teen males, I think it was hard for them to comprehend the changes going on in my life and I felt that they didn't really want to be around me anymore. It turned out that I was over-reacting a bit (again - oh joyous hormones :-P). But in any case, I can understand that you feel alone.

I don't really have any advice for you sorry, just wanted you to know you're not alone, and I just hope you have someone there to listen when you need to vent.

    All the best! Take care
