    Default DIY carpet cleaner?

Anyone know where to buy like a domestic carpet steam cleaner or wet vacuum/shampoo or something like that? And how much?

Try the Britex at woolies. They say you have to use their product but that's rubbish. We have hired it for $40 and spent $4 on antibacterial handy andy and it works a treat and smells really clean.

I second the Bissel Proheat. Everyone I loaned it to went out and bought their own. When we bought it, it was pricy, however when my dad bought it, it was substantially cheaper.
