Default Tips for leaving DS with grandparents

I'm starting a fab new job on 1st July.

DS is 10 months and I'm in a very lucky position where my parents are willing and able to care for him while I'm at work. They are amazing, willing to come to my house at 7.30 in the morning (in peak hour traffic) and pretty much do anything I ask as they are so in love with their grandson.

I feel like there are many advantages to this situation over putting DS into daycare but there are can also be some pitfalls in terms of communication and expectations. I'm really anxious that this is a positive experience for everyone and there isn't any miscommunication. Does anyone have any tips for how I can make the process work for everyone?

I right down what happens when & how it happens, mum doesnt tend to follow but my grandparents do.

Get as much ready for them as possible, pre make bottles, lunch, snacks. Make sure there is a change of clothes or 2 per child.

Leave a list of things that need doing like washing & hope like crazy it happens so i dont have to do it. If nans here i come home to a clean house
