when can a baby safely drink bottled water?

just wondering when most people stop feeding their babies boiled water and give them bottled water instead when out and about...

I use tap water I don't think I have boiled the water at all for this bub and she drinks her formula cold. If I am out and don't have water I use bottled. Unless your baby is sick I didn't think it was neccisary.

I gave the kids tap water from around 6 months I think. I started putting a sippy cup with water out when they started with food. I never gave them boiled water, just extra boob on hot days.

I have been giving it to my DD since about 7 months only mouthfuls out of my bottle when were out or just so age can "copy mum" she ALWAYS drinks out of my cup too.

It depends on the brand of bottled water. some of them are high in sodium and that is quite bad for baby.

just check the sodium levels on the label.
