Default Anyone use Brisbane school of distance education?

To be honest i'd never considered home schooling, i always liked the whole school system,
however where we live, there is no high school, the closest high school (public) is a ferry plus bus ride each way meaning students leave at 7.30 arriving home at 4 the very least.
I saw the school of brisbane distance education actually did quite well with op scores last yr so am trying to broaden my ideas about schooling and wonder if anyone uses this school?
    thanks

I didn't use them myself when I homeschooled but I have a friend who has just used them for a little while to get her 14 year old daughter back on track (after bad experiences at school) She found them great and her daughter is now WAY ahead of where she was before.

We don't use them but have friends who do and I have heard mixed reports on BSDE. We use Groves Christian College for distant ed.
