lucky - good to hear you are feeling more relaxed now.

i just have to let off steam... DH went back to work monday which is really nice actually. but DS has not had his 2 hr daytime naps for 2 days and has been a wild hyper little **** since monday. thank goodness my sickness isnt as bad or id be doing lots of yelling right now. am contemplating whether or not to go for my last scan tomorrow with my ob before my NT scan on tues?!?!?!

    Sniper - CONGRATULATIONS!!!
What fantastic news and also how reassuring to hear her saying all the right words! What wonderful news

Martina - sending you lots of love and positive vibes sweetie. I would go and get your levels checked if you have that option, at least it is something you can "do" rather than this horrid waiting game. Do you get the option to not attend the wedding? Would they understand?

Shala - hello! Hope that DS is bundled off in bed soon and gives you a bit of rest! Can't be overdoing it! If you feel like having the scan tomorrow just go! I would go at the drop of a hat if I had that option, any excuse

Hope everyone else is well, I am home alone with the cat and dog til Friday because DH is away for work. Have had my mother in my ear telling me to relax and I might just take her up on that theory... after dinner going to have a shower and tuck into bed! Been for a 4km walk with the dog so I can leave putting the ironing away til tomorrow

    xxx

Supermum- welcome!!! So excited to have you join us!! everything crossed fir a smooth journey for you!!

Martina- big hugs for this troubling time Hun!! Will be praying for you!!

Hi everyone else and hope you are all keeping well!

I had my first official day off today! Part time 4 days as of this week so had a lovely lunch with mum, my sister and kids in tow!! Just gotten home from the gym! Really enjoying being back even if it is a light workout after not even being able to go for walks for the first 12 weeks!! My sis has prove. The benefits of exercise during pregnancy with her first natural labour (induced twice before) and super quick labour and bubs is only a week old and she's snapped back into shape!!

shala i hear ya on the day sleep my 2yo has decided the last few weeks that he no longer needs them and he sleeps really poorly at night too so im a bit over it at the moment

martina id get the hcg done

superstarr sounds like a nice day off. actually im dreading birth and being heavily pregnant this time as i am by far at my worst level of fitness and highest weight ever, its a bit scary actually. why werent u allowed to walk for the first 2 weeks? ive been thinking of starting to try and get in a half hr walk each day to try and get my fitness a little better

thanks for all the lovely welcomes ladies

    Hello everyone,

I have been slack in posting in my week off. Just enjoying spending time with DD. We will have limited time to spend just the 2 of us before this baby is born so cherishing every moment.
Today is PJ day (my excuse for being slack)

    Hope everyone is doing well??

Martina - how is everything going?? Hoping for nice HCG levels. As hard as it is try and stay relaxed and calm. Easier said than done.

Hey guys, I called ahead at the Doctors and asked my Gp of 25 years to write me up a referral to get Hcg bloods done- no probs. But when I asked if he could mark them s urgent he said no! As its not considered an urgent matter!! Well maybe not to him but it sure as hell is to ME!!!! My very pregnant sister and her 3 children came over to “cheer” me up, so that was a nice distraction. I have to wait till tomorrow to see what the results are. I waning in between confidant that every thing is Ok – to devastate that my period will arrive at any moment. I have had panic attack and hyperventilated – the gotten annoyed with me for not being positive! I am such a mess right now and I just want to know one way or the other… I don’t know how much longer I can go on like this. I keep telling myself Monday the u/s will be fine and I will wonder why I have been so worried. Sorry everyone for being such a downer.

thanks for the congrats everyone. it certainly feels like a load off! I just booked my NT scan for 3rd August- so there's the next hurdle right there- i'm feeling ok about it though as yesterday was so positive. Went out this arvo and bought myself some more comfortable clothes that should see me right through to the end of this pregnancy.

martina- for you. panic attacks are not nice. look forward to hearing your good results.

fireflies- yay for bonding time with DD- so special. I'd stay in PJs all day if I could.

    Hi Em

supermum- so how far along are you?

superstar- yay for warm bed- my DF is going away again next week for 3 days... hope you're doing ok alone.

shala- man i'd be gutted without my DD having a day nap- she is 2 and a half- i need the break!!!!!

that's as far as I can see back- hope everyone reading this is doing well.

Big Martina... Damn doctors, they are on a different schedule to us. Sorry your feeling so down, I hope you get some good news soon. Will be thinking of you with lots of positive coming your way x

Fireflies - Can I join you in my PJ's?! Sounds like a perfect way to get through a day

Sniper - Great news, what a relief! You must be feeling so much better...

Super - Part timer... How lovely

    Em

I am feeling pretty good at the moment, have monster sore boobs and even a bit of nausea. Funny how we find pleasure in discomfort! Really helping me to stay positive... Next Thur I have another scan and it will get me to the dreaded 9 week mark. Be interesting to see how much bub has grow, hopefully lots!

Today we bought a house... Pretty big news! My DP picked it and I have only seen photos, yes I am crazy. Bought in QLD and I am working in Adelaide. I gave him a check list and he hit all of them, we have known each other since we were 11 so I reckon he should know what I like by now. Better be good

Lots of belly rubs to you all!!
