    Default Bronchiolitis

Hi All, went to the dr's this arvo with DS turns out he has bronchiolitis. Just wondering if anyone else has any experience with it and how longit took bub to get over and what you did to help ease him/her. Also does anyone know how contagious it is?

    Hi Niss,
My lil Emy had it like 10 times by the time she was 1!
I used a vapouriser at night time with eucalyptus oil to ease the congestion. My best friend...FESS... a saline solution for the nose, clears out the nose so it is easier to breath.

if he is really chesty you can try to loosen up the mucous in his chest by rubbing firmly on his back and patting firmly too (lie him on his tummy over your knee adn do it on the back of his chest)

You can also sit him in the bathroom while you have a hot shower and let the bathroom get really steamy, this can help release the mucous too.

hope he is feeling better soon.
Give him a kiss from me!
