Default Do your kids laugh in their sleep?

Just wondering do other kids do this? DD1 is 2.5yo, and she often laughs in her sleep, well giggles more than laughs but a full on giggle, like something is really amusing her. I guess she is just dreaming but I know she is asleep cos I sometimes go in to check her.

Its not something I'm worried about of course (!) but it just melts my heart, I love that she does it. I haven't heard anyone else saying their kids do it, just wondering how common it is?!

My DS2 used too It's so sweet!

Now both boys whinge and argue in their sleep lol. DS2 will quite often be heard yelling at his brother for stealing his lunch random child.

Its beautiful isnt it. Knowing that they are in a world of wonderful thoughts. My DS does it (25months tomorrow) and its just lovely. He smiles alot and does give out little chuckles (sometimes a belly laugh) but he doesnt do this to often. Mostly sleeps silently. But the odd occassion I am lucky to hear those sweet little sounds

    Yes
My DS did for the first time (that we know of) right after Christmas.
I sliced my thumb open and took DD with me to the dr to get it checked out & glued (my Mum drove me), and my brother stayed with DS, who was fast asleep. He apparently sat up, laughed hysterically, then laid back down and went to sleep

My son sometimes laughs and yesterday was calling out "da, da". He must have been dreaming about his dad.

Yep, DS started doing it a couple of months ago
