Hi all,

My 18mo DD has a light pimply rash on her face around the sides of her mouth and nose.

It doesn't seem to be bothering her, nor is it anywhere else on her body. She has had a runny nose for a week or so, and we have been gently wiping it, or washing it alot to remove the grot!

I've googled slapped cheek etc but it doesn't seem to be anything like that, so I wonder if it's more to do with the abrasion of the wiping than an actual rash.

Has anyone encountered such a rash before please? Any advice would be helpful - it doesn't seem doctor worthy but I'm not sure.
