Is there a website with a list of Oz made products I'm always in a rush with the kids and grab mostly whatever from the shelf.

I try avoiding Nestle and I definitely avoid

They told me I couldn't possibly breastfeed my three month old baby because they weren't insured for it (?) and also, the other members might complain.

Breastfeed your baby, do you not have consideration for the public, didn't you know it's inappropriate to feed your baby? but those R rated film clips I have to run and switch the TV off so my LO's don't see because they are showing dry humping at 10am in the morning- that's considered appropriate

Just curious - haven't read all the posts so this may have been asked.

    Why do people boycott nestle?
Personally I don't, my partner is a nestle employee.

    But yeah I'm just curious.

    From Wikipedia

A boycott was launched in the United States on July 7, 1977, against the Swiss-based Nestlé corporation. It spread in the United States, and expanded into Europe in the early 1980s. It was prompted by concern about Nestlé's "aggressive marketing" of breast milk substitutes, particularly in less economically developed countries (LEDCs), which campaigners claim contributes to the unnecessary suffering and deaths of babies, largely among the poor.[1] Among the campaigners, Professor Derek Jelliffe and his wife Patrice, who contributed to establish the World Alliance for Breastfeeding Action (WABA), were particularly instrumental in helping to coordinate the boycott and giving it ample visibility worldwide.

Because of the unethical promotion and sale of infant formula in the third world.

The CEO came out and said water should be privatised as it's not a human right.

The use of palm oil sourced unethically.

Just have a google, Nestle has a notorious reputation for being an unethical company and has been boycotted by many since the 70's.

I'll be boycotting McCain from now on. DH and I bought 'Ultra thin peri peri chicken pizza' I am so disgusted at how little is on the pizza. There is 2 pieces of chicken the size of a 5c piece and about 6 pieces of capsicum, and no more than a small child's handful of cheese. To say I am pi5sed is an understatement. False advertising anyone?

Any company that is involved in animal testing. Well, any company that is involved and where I have a reasonably priced alternative. So cosmetics, beauty products and cleaning products. The idea of rabbits having their eyes burned just so I have nice foundation makes me want to hurl.
