ttc 7 months after late term pregnancy loss

Hello I was just wondering if you could please give me any advise and should I be looking into other treatments or vitamins we have been ttc for 7 months after losing twins at 22 weeks I chart every morning and my cycles are around 32-34 days with delayed ovulation between day 16 to 21. I am on my second round of serophene 50mg and take progesterone pessaries 200mg at the end of my cycle I also take b6 My husband and I have had all the testing done and nothing seems to be wrong My Dr is calling the problem sub fertility we have 2 other children 11 and 8. I am 34 and husband is 34 I am feeling anxious and worried any advice would be much appreciated also can I take vitex while using progesterone and serophene? thankyou

I am really sorry to hear about this. Miscarriages are always so sad and particularly devastating at late stages.

And in regards to Vitex... it’s not indicated in conjunction with the other hormonal medications you are already on.
