    Dh takes the bins out, washes the dog once a week, and does a load of dishes on the weekend. He will wash my car when I ask and occasionally cooks dinner or will tidy. I wouldn't say he cleans as much as he messes things up, but he is inproving a little
    Dh = 24, Me = 22, waiting on our first baby <3

    Dp and I fight over washing dishes...

    He is very helpful around the house.

    As with the "division of labor" I do the things I like, he does the things he likes and the rest we out source so never really a problem

    My DH does as much housework as I do, but neither of us would classify that as him "helping me". He lives here too.

    I do more breastfeeding, however.

    It's 50/50 for us (thankfully), there is no gender bias & no way anything around the house should be considered 'women's work'. We both work full time, have the same level of responsibility and commitments on top of work. I clean more than DH but he cooks a lot more than me! Will be interesting to see how we shift once bub arrives & I'm at home all day.
