whats wrong with me???

i dont know whats wrong with me lately, im not sure what advise any one can give me but here go's

i just cant seem to keep focus on anything, my mind is all over the place, im not under any extra stress, when people talk to me its like im listening but i just cant keep focus on what they are saying, or even when im watching tv, even writing this its taking me ages cause i keep loseing track of what im trying to write

i really feel like im losing my mind, whats wrong with me???

I hear you hun... I have been feeling a lot like this lately. Just feels like everything is just too much. So i go into fairy land and try to ignore things. It doesnt fix anything i know but it feels like i just cant deal with everyones problems any more it is consuming me...

i get alot like this... tonight, half my posts are ending in " i cant think" because i cant, i have something i want to say, i jsut cant type it becuase the concintration isnt there....

Im thinking mine is to do with PND (gosh, i really hate saying that)

I am like this sometimes too, my husband is always telling me that I need to think more and listen to what he is saying, but I just end up thinking other things when he talks to me sometimes. I don't know why I do this either, I think my mind just switches off sometimes.

More big hugs to you tooooooo.........I know the feeling PND is really hard, I had it just after i had bubs too and it was terrible... So BIG hugs to everyone

that could have something to do with it, i just need want to be able to just stay a little bit focus, any advise on how i can get my mind back on track what do you guys do???

maybe you could go to the chemist and try one of those vitamins for concentration.. I cant remember what it is called but I have heard it works really well and not too expensive... Maybe also spend some time on you own if you can, say go to the shop of something

i have pretty bad depression i also have had dnp since tyler was born,, being on my own seem to make it worst,, i just hate being like this when tyler is around im scared something will happen to her like she will fall down or something, and im not paying attention to her

Not meaning to be too personal but maybe its your meds that need to be looked at have you been to your doctor lately ? Cause maybe they need to be upped or even changed over to something different.
I found i become like this whenever i needed to go up a bit cause they werent doing their job.
If you need to vent or just talk PM anytime ok take care

just a update is anyone was wondering

my doc said that im run down, from lack of sleep, stressing and from tyler being sick also my iron is low so thats why i have been feeling this way, he told me i need to rest yeah right.. i have to change my iron tables and go back in a week to get checked out and see how im feeling
