Hey, I have a 5 month old baby and he has never really had a big soft spot its always been about the size of a 20 cent coin and now its smaller than a 5 cent piece. I've done some research on fontanelles and it generalises that they are meant to close between 12 to 18 months to allow room for the baby's brain to grow. I'm a little concerned as to whether or not be worried. What should I do?
Thanks,
Amy
