Are you aloud to try again eventually? Like a few years later?

Yes you certainly can try again naturally or assisted conception down the track - I know several people (including me) that have had birthchildren after adopting

I was hoping and praying we would get in to the info session tomorrow night in Melbourne. But we didn't get a call to say someone couldn't make it. It was a long shot but the lady said she would make a note incase! it's totally fine! We just have to wait till oct now to start. Xx

Hahahaha! No! Oh gosh I would never have been able to adopt if there was a limit like that. You need to be able to provide a stable and loving home with a reasonable standard of living. Unless Vic has different standards to other states

It was on another topic thingy about adoption. A lady said she wouldn't because you had to have $155k a year! I was so upset! BecauSe we don't even make close to that! But I'm glad it seems unrealistic to others and not just me.

    Hi All,

Just a little update from us. We received approval from the board today. That has made us so very happy and now we just wait. I hope everyone is travelling along nicely.

    Take care all,

    Bubbles
