Went to the natropath yesterday to get some lavender oil to help DS get back into his sleep routine after a crazy 2 weeks.
While there he recomended Camomilla drops instead, tried them last night and i think they may have helped a bit. He still woke 3 times but 3 is better then 9 !!!!
Anyone else have any info or advice on these? Or could recomend something similer ?
