Default Cheap but good modern cloth nappies

DS has been in cloth since day 1. We started with bamboo prefolds and then switched to MCNs at about 1 month old. I've spent around $600 in total and may spend another $100 and that'll do him till he's toilet trained. We loved itti's when he was little but they don't fit well now. China cheapies were worse than useless for us but a friend had used them with great success. I live Issy Bears and a couple of different WAHM brands. More expensive up front but have fit him from 3 months and will fit till he's TT or very close to. I think you are better off paying more for quality personally

We have eBay cheapies (my little ripple) and think they are great. They only leak when I am lazy and forget to change her. They take hardly any time to dry (I wash and hang out at night so they are dry by mid morning, though I usually leave them in the sun all day).

I used 'normal' brands with DS and was most happy with Bonnibuns, Issy Bears and BBH.

However I'm pregnant again and did some research and heard really good things about Hippybottamus nappies. They are only $12.95 each so I got two and will try them on this bub, along with my other stash and a few new Bonnibuns!

Bubblebubs candies for day (I like them as they are slim fit)- you can change inserts without changing the shell so don't need a whole new nappy each time so cheaper. issy bears at night- goes 13 hours without a leak. Expensive but completely worth it. Got 4 in rotation for nighttime.
Edit: a couple if candies the elastic became a bit worn as I was hanging them out wrong. . They repaired them for free. Wouldn't get that service from a china cheapie.

These are really good, easy to use. They are wrongly labeled ones and two
