Default Can I get some AF advice?? PLEASE!

I had an "extra" AF this month (2 weeks after my usual one)
Should I expect my next AF to come on time or will it be from the "extra" AF?
    IYKWIM!
I am officially 3 days late and an emotional wreck but obviously I now have a new cycle thanks to my extra AF 2 weeks ago??
Any advice would be appreciated and lovely!

I had af two weeks after my last and ended up not having another one for 5-6 months last year.

I'm sure thats not the case for you though!

Mine was apparently was so long and altered due to a change in circumstances and consequently stress levels.
Try and fail, but don't fail to try.

    Honestly?
I am in the exact same position. We have just had a huge move to a new area, DH new job and I'm so stressed every day and not coping at all well so I could have something similar happen.
Thanks so much for your reply. I'll see what happens
