1st birthday venue in Adelaide for May

Hi all,
I have just registered on this site in the hope that someone can help me. I am organising my Son's first birthday party in Adelaide in early May and I am having trouble finding a location. My house is too small as we are looking at 60 adults and 20 children (I am hoping to greatly reduce this number!). I don't really want to go to a play cafe as there will be a lot of adults and I think the weather will be too risky to have it outdoors. I was looking at our local tennis club rooms as they have a kitchen there but their insurance won't cover a private hire. Can anyone recommend anywhere from Adelaide into the North East suburbs?

Give the local primary school a call. Most schools will hire out there halls/gyms and you will find there tends to be a small kitchen and toilets in there as well.
