    Default natural remedy for anxiety & depression

    Hi guys

    Like to share what helps me with anxiety & depression. I take two 1500mg fish oil daily and a handful of almonds and walnuts. They are a good pick me up - seems to help with the chemical imbalance of the brain and all natural too. Try these for a week and see how you feel. Good luck!

    Thanks for that. I agree with the fish oil. I was told to take 6 tablets a day and I felt great.

    When I was pregnant I was on Blackmore's pregnancy and breastfeeding and it had the fish oil. I felt great. After I had bubs and finished up the tablets after a few weeks I started to feel crappy again. It took me a few days to realise it was the lack of fish oil from stopping the tablets. I will try the nuts thing. Sounds great. Thanks again.

    I would boost your fish oil further, what you take is OK but high doses is better, i would be having 2x1500mg 3 times a day at least.

    Oh I've never tried that before, good to know you have success with it, might pick some up tomorrow.
    Can I ask if it only helps with mild anxiety? I've tried alot of things (besides that obviously), the only thing I've found helpful is green tea. But my anxiety can get pretty severe
