I might have to do some real research into this, it seems like it might be a good idea to give up some things.

mrsboyts - That's great news to hear, have you been diagnosed with gluten issues?

Kimnus - it's interesting to research isn't it, keep us updated with anything you find out.

I started to get worsening gastrointestinal symotoms after bread, pizza , pasta then I realized I was obviously intolerant. Sometimes it was so bad I'd vomit. If get nausea, indigestion, pressure in my stomach and huge belches!!

I feel indescribably better since cutting out gluten

Abd I conceived first go whilst on metformin.

mrsboyts - Thank-you for the info that's really useful, really thinking of giving it a go.

Bluelips - That's really interesting to here thanks blue lips.

I have just read this info below and found it really interesting, seems to talk about pcos symptoms indirectly. I have decided to see how this cycle goes this month (I have 21 day blood test tomorrow after letrozole cycle) and then speak to ob about gluten free diet before going onto FSH injections, I definitely think its worth a try.

So not only for helping PCOS, a gluten free diet can help you in many other ways.
