    i'm going to weigh in morning as i have an ocd thing that i have to do mon morning. I noticed that my starting weight isn't in my stats...can't remember what it was hmmmm, that might help for tom, will go back through and check. well done on the loss everyone, good to have people to do it with. I'm starting c25k tom and freaking out cause I hate running! wish me luck! will send through weight in morning.

    Oops, I didn't know there was a results thread or that weigh-in day was Sunday.. I'll have to check in again tomorrow, for this week. Sorry about that!

    Well I lost 0.4... better than nothing but not fantastic.

    So I was 67.7, now 67.3 it's a dismal loss of 0.6% boo.

    GW: 55kg
    CW: 63.7
    Weight lost so far: pfft.. .3 kilos. not very good. ah well better than nothing. and to be honest, I only know my previous weight in round numbers.. I didn't have the scales with the decimal point but I'm gonna say .3 is that 300 grams?

    Ok well I have to step it up a bit. must get into the swing of using calorie king.

    my starting weight was 100.7kg, this week I'm 99.4kg so thats 1.3kg or 1.3% :-) was hoping for more, will blame the looming period! Bit hard this week, going away and staying with people so hard to be in control, will do my best.

    Hi guys, this week I have lost 1.9kg (3.33% this week). I should be happy with this, however I think it is a bit too much considering I am BF. Will try to eat a bit more this week.. I have updated the below.

    Starting:

    Starting Weight: 58.7kg
    Goal weight: 50kgs
    Weight loss Goal: 8.7 kgs

    so far...

    Current Weight: 55.2kg
    % lost: 5.96%

    Total Lost: 3.5kg

    weighed in at 115.3kg. So a loss of 1.9kg this week. Got into the lollies last night.naughty. Gained 300g after yesterdays weigh in. Didn't learn my lesson but, just had a beautiful valentines day breaky. I forgot how to calculate my body percentage loss

    I Lost half a kilo, so weighing in at 60.0. Not bad considering i was not trying that hard & had a migraine through the week!
