Why do some of you take your kids to Maccas and give your kids water and or "healthy choices" but eat the burgers yourself???
I don't have burgers myself, tend to only go to the McCafe and have a coffee for myself but sometimes their carrot cake.

Why do I buy her water and take fruit for her? We are a vege family, she'd dairy free and has Coeliac Disease. She reacts to some fruit juices that are not freshly made at home. If they don't have apple juice, she can't have the milkshakes or the juice, and she doesn't like softdrink.

That, or I'm just a big fat meanie who likes to make the child suffer

I just wanted to add that I think its wonderful that parents encourage their children to eat healthy foods such as carrots but this was not a normal carrot, it was at least 5 to 6 times as wide as a normal carrot, it was seriously almost a small tree trunk and in my occupation we referred to them as "horse carrots" because they were so over grown and bitter that they were no good for human comsumption. It was also dirty and unpeeled. It was just a werid werid situation!
