Live In Nanny

I am thinking about hiring a live in nanny to help out while my husband is working away from home. I work from home so I would be available most of the time, but would like someone to entertain the kids while I work and help with housework. I have 2 kids under 2.
Does anyone have any experiences with a live in nanny? Know anyone looking for live in nanny work in QLD Redlands area?

Hi.
I was reading you post and it got me thinking. It is properly easier to fine support for home care for the age or disable then a child. I a single full time dad of a 2yo girl and understand what you are asking for and appreciate not just your commitment to your children but your job as well. I was looking after my sisters children for a short time last year to give her time to finish university. Day care for her was not an option and she was not prepared to leave her children with a teen age nanny.
