Twin Pram with Toddler Seat????

Hi There, I need some help with buying a pram for my twins, that are due in Dec. I will also have my 15 month son Ben with me sometimes. So I would like one that the toddler seat can be taken off. I have seen the Valco Runabout Twin in Tassie, but I dont know what esle is out there. Hope someone can help, Angela

I'm not aware of any other than the valco twin with toddler seat so I cant help much except to say that I've got the valco with toddler seat and its brilliant

Hi there Angela, welcome to BubHub, you'll find this website excellent!! Congratulations on your twin pregnancy! Are they identical? Must have been a shock for you especially with baby Benjamin in your family!

I have seen those Valco runabout side by side with the toddler seat, I think it's not a bad investment but do think they are very heavy and bulky!! I can suggest this other pram, have only seen pics (yet to see them on display in shops). Not too sure about the seat sitting on top of the hood though, but it might be worth a look. I'm also pregnant with identical twins due in December. I'm still not sure which pram to get but I'm leaning towards the Steelcraft jogger. Unfortunately they dont take a toddler seat on their Steelcraft twin prams, so you'll have quite a search to find one suitable for all your bubs!!

Firstly Welcome to Bubhub !!! I'm sure you'll love it here just don't get too addicted

Secondly here's a bit of info on prams for 3

Fitnesswise make a side by side twin 3 wheel jogger that can take a toddler seat.

peg perego and Innglesina both make a classic long line stroller with 3 layback seats and hoods for all seats. These go second hand on ebay quite often (the seats are all removeable from the chaiss so you can make it a two or three seater)

Adventure buggy make a side by side three wheeler that you can attach a toddler seat (or two) to however the toddler seats do not have any sun protection and are molded plastic like a bike carrier seat.

Emmaljunga (sp?) make a side by side twin that can have one or two toddler seats attached to it. once again no sun protection but you can purchase parasols separately

Baby jogger Q series has a side by side 3 seater jogger.

Mountain buggy twins do not have toddler seat but do take a kiddy board.
Mountain buggy triplet is a side by side with 3 seats all with sun protection
bertini bidwell twins also do not have a toddler seat but do take a kiddy board.

There may be other brands too but these are the ones I've come across
