how the afterlife works?

Obviously there are people who can channel dead people, can you explain how it happens?

If people are still hanging around, are they hanging around for a purpose, or do they all just hang around?

I have read somewhere that there are different spiritual planes, and they must graduate to each plane before moving onto the next, does anyone believe this?

I always get a feeling of someone being behind me, I get the urge to turn around and see if anyone is there, this happens a few times on a daily basis, I feel cold breezes very briefly on the back of my neck, or my arm, all that sort of stuff.
Am I being spirit stalked?

Can someone train themselves to be able to contact dead people? Or is it 100% you either got it or you don't kinda deal?

im not sure exactly because iv never died! however i do think some people are more prone/open to spiritual incounters. i think babies and small children can see spirits but as they grow either they keep their ability or they loose it, and some ppl just become sensitive to it, but if they push it away or shut it out for long enough then it stops.

im not sure about training ur self, but maybe just staying calm and speaking to who u think is there, might work over time, or ,maybe go and get a reading done by a professional and see if they can see who it is.

some ppl are skeptics but im a believer

Yes I believe there are different planes and that we spiritually evolve and grow to move up them. Often you hear the term old soul, this means that someone has lived many lives before, and is highly evolved with that knowing look in their eyes.

There is actually a difference between spirits and ghosts. Spirits, are those that have moved on, 'into the light' if you will, but can come back whenever they please for whatever reason (usually to check on loved ones, I'm sure there are many people who have seen a loved one after they have died, be assured that they have moved on to where they need to be)
Ghosts are earthbound, often without even realising they are dead, particularly if they died a sudden and unexpected death. Or they may have some reason for staying behind, they may feel they can't let go, they may be confused and reliving their death over and over.
Then there is residual hauntings, where something has made an impression so that it just replays over and over.

I also think that we choose what lives to be born into, before we are born, to learn whatever lessons we need to learn to grow.. and I think our children choose us as well.

As for contacting the dead or whatever, I don't exactly know how that works, one theory I have is that we all have the ability somewhat as children, but often have it conditioned into us that it isn't normal, or that is just our imagination, and we grow out of it, moulded into what society sees as normal. If your child ever shows any signs of having this gift, don't shun it out, nuture it.

Ok..This is from my own learnings and experiences.

Now we have to remember that even when we are alive we have a spirit its just connected to our body so when we die our body is not longer needed and our spirit goes back to the realm where we were before we were born. In this realm the are many levels/planes that spirits reside on and depending the type of person you were and how many lessons your learned will determine which level you are on.

Communicating with spirits is something that everybody has the ability to do. Some people it comes natural to them and some people study to be able to do it. We are able to make contact with people that have crossed over to the other realm and also the spirits which some call earth bound.
Spirits have alot of reasons to hang around but the number one thing I have found is love followed closly by fear. Love for relatives and friends is powerful enough for a spirit not to want to leave this world, Although so is fear of the unknown. Fear of not wanting to move on not knowing what is in the other realm and whether they will face justice for something they did in human form.
There are many feelings we get when we have a spirit around like being watched, feeling cold or hot on a particular part of your body, seeing movement out of the corner of your eye, just the feel of unease or the opposite at complete ease...the list goes on.

The is the activity we can interact with, ask a question and get a response in forms of taps, bangs, knocks, voices, etc
And then there is residual activity where it is like a tape player playing over and over again. This is not intelligent and does not respond to you trying to communicate.
