Yo, Sydney people! I need some advice..

We have a wedding to go to at the end of March. The ceremony is in Rose Bay and the reception is in Mosman.

Where do you think we should stay? Would it be better just to be in the CBD?

We will be hiring a car while we are there so we won't have to worry about how we will get there.

I would probably stay in mosman.

Seeing as Rose bay is the other side of the bridge.
Then you could drive to the wedding...come back and drop the car back for the reception.

After the reception it would be better to be close by, rather then have to go back into the city.

also means you could get a taxi if the reception was too much fun!

So...mosman, cremorne, balmoral...woudl be my picks.

Yep I agree that would be best - although it depends on whether you want to do some other stuff while you are here too. Mosman is close to the city so a taxi after the reception will be easy to get and not too expensive - and then you can wake up in the city and do some exploring which would be lovely.
