Have you recieved the payment voucher for your prep child for school? The $300 bonus Im talking about.
Also does anyone get Education Maintenance Allowance.?

You usually get the $300 check before Term 4 ends, every school is different though. Some schools give it out @ orientation day but other schools send them out before they finish up for the year. I got mine in the mail for DD1 & 2 about 2 days before the school year ended.
As for EMA that happens around March & August. The school will give you a form to fill out & let you know when it has to be back at the school by.

We got our form about 2 weeks ago but can't collect until the 11th of Jan. We have to go to the post office.

Not sure what education maintenance allowance is, but will be watching to find out!

Yes, I have received the voucher but can't redeem it until the 11th Jan.

I also get the EMA but the school is asking me to sign it over to them.

The EMA I see half goes to the school and the other half to you?

That was my understanding too, but they are still asking me to hand it over for compulsory fees.
