    Default getting back into routine

    Hello,

we went away for 4 nights and ds 21mths didnt have a sleep during the day while we were away (usually has 1.5-2 hrs a day) we were in the car from 10am-5pm the day we left and he didnt fall asleep. Our days were busy and he was very active, he was going to bed at the usual time of around 7.45 and was asleep within about 2 mins. He slept through until about 830 am.

My question is do i now put him back into his usual day sleep routine or just let him let me know if he is tired?

    hey there,
I was recently in the same position as you, we went away with our 14month old for a couple days and our days were so full on that he barely slept. Once we returned home though we just fell back into our routine. And DS adapted back to it just fine.
I'd just try and return to your routine at the usual times and see what happens it could take a few days tho.
    goodluck
