Default Tips during the 2ww to help get a BFP

    Hi Girls,

I know there are probably other thread along the same lines but i wanted to start a thread to get some advice on things that you do/did during the 2ww that are supposed to help with implantation. I am about to have my 3rd FET on Friday. I will be doing Accupuncture Pre and Post and i think the closer to Transfer the better as far as i know

I have heard about baby asprin and kiwi fruit, when would these be taken?

    Thanks
    Lissy

Lissy - I took baby asprin (100mg) starting day of ET right through, do it under medical supervision though in case you have a condition where asprin would disagree with you. My FS said baby asprin is fairly harmless to most people but some people can't take it.

Thanks Nikki, i don't think i want to take it without my FS's permission. I might ask her about it on Friday when i have my FET.

    Hi Lissy,

    All the best this cycle.

I took asprin up to a week prior to EPU and recommenced it the day after EPU.

Also ate foods high in antioxidants and herbal tea high in antioxidants (ie chinese white tea)

    Hi All

    Great thread Lissy....

jfblady......did you have 1-2 kiwi fruits a day have you just had 1-2 since EPU?

Anyone else picked up on any other tips besides the baby aspirin and kiwi fruits?

did you all have Acupuncture before and after ET on the actual day? have you had it days even after ET? does it help?
