    Default Choc mint slice

    Choc Mint Slice
    250g Marie crushed biscuits
    5 oz melted butter
    1/3 cup coconut
    5/8 tin condensed milk.
Mix the above ingredients together, press into a greased tin and refrigerate for an hour.
    Frosting
    3 cups icing sugar
    1.5 teaspoons of peppermint essence
    6 tablespoons of soft butter
    4 tablespoons of cream
    green colouring.
Combine these ingredients and beat well, then spread on the biscuit mixture and place in the fridge
    Icing
Melt 1 block of good quality cooking chocolate with 60g of copha and pour on top of the slice. Tip - slice just before the chocolate sets, so it doesn't crack. Enjoy!

This is quite sweet and very yummy, also you can't fail, as there is no baking involved!! It doesn't take long to make (you can refrigerate for as long as you want) and it stores well in an airtight container and can be frozen!! I've made it for my mums group today and DH is hoping to have the leftovers!!
