After a month of being a member at Curves gym I had my weigh/measure day...
They measured my upper arm a.k.a 'faloobins', bust, waist, abdomen, hips and each thigh.
What a wonderful surprise (although I have been working hard)...
I am very proud to say that in total I lost
not too worried about the kgs because I'm telling myself muscle weighs more than fat and that's why I only lost 2.2kg25cms and 2.2kg
