Default Naming children with the same initials??

DP and I are trying to decide on a name for DD2 (due in Dec). We already have a Lachlan and a Lily so I was hoping to avoid using another "L" name as I get sick of being asked did I name them with the same letter on purpose!

DP is really keen on naming bub Lucie though which I really like as well but wanted to go with Avah so we didn't use "L" again!

    What do you think??

*Note: my siblings have gone with the letter trend, one has a Riley, Regan and Riarna and the other has a Zeidyn and Zayvia.

I like Lucie, but prefer it spelt Lucy. Good luck with your decision!
Give us that grand word "woman" once again, and let's have done with "lady"; one's a term full of fine force, strong, beautiful, and firm, fit for the noblest use of tongue or pen; and one's a word for lackeys. - Ella Wheeler Wilcox

I LOVE the name Lucy, but Lucy, not Lucie. And I like Ava (without the h) but it's very common these days. If it was spelt Avah I would pronounce it `Ah-VAR', not `Ay-va'.

DD1 and I have exact same intials, and we almost gave DD2 a "R" name also...I do not think it matters, but mail could become fun in a few years..
You know what, I deserve better. I will stand up and out of your shadow, I will feel the wind in my wings, I will learn to fly, you can stay and enjoy my freedom or leave, either way I was born to fly.

DP likes it spelt Lucy but I would prefer Lucie only because I think Lucy is too similar to Lily (our first DD)...

Yeah I'm worried about the whole mail thing and going through school etc when they will all be:

    L. Goulding

They do have different middle names though

    Lachlan Nathan Kyal
    Lily Josslyn Assaye

I was thinking this one could always be

Lucie Avah Lynne (we want to use Lynne as it's MIL's name)

I would go with whatever name YOU like.

There are 6 of us kids in our family......4 of us are DT, two of us are JT. Never bothered any of us having the same initials.
