Default could this be the real deal? your thoughts pleasee

    Hi everyone

I went to my obgyn on tuesday and she did an internal and a s & s and said that she expected me back in hospital that night - since then I have been having irregular semi painful contractions and this morning when I woke up I had a lot more pressure pains on my hips and have been getting stronger contractions for the last 2 hours that get more painful when I am up and walking around...

do you think this could finally be the real thing? do you think I should keep moving or sit it out and see if they die down?

I am getting very anxious now so any input would be great!!!

Yep.. sounds like bubs is coming

I would keep moving.... i was told the more i moved around the more things would progress... so if you are in the early stages of labour moving around might help bring things along.

Dont go wearing yourself out.... just do light things..... and if you do need to leave the house make sure you have someone with you... or atleast your mobile.

Maybe take a light stroll around the block with your partner.

Good luck and keep us posted!!

I am so right now, my pains got intense last night but have slowed down again, I am so exhausted - I dont know how much longer I can function with pain and no sleep and then push a baby out at the end of it!!!

I am so tempted to ring my dr and cry and ask what she can do, I know the answer will be we just need to wait but it is killing me

I dont think the contractions are regular or painful enough to constitute going to the hospital but they are painful enough that I am in agony!!!

sorry at to have the whinge before I burst into tears!!

so I am hanging out for things to start again, I will be taking my dogs for a nice long walk this evening to see if I can get things started and will also be attacking dh as soon as he walks through the door!!!
